THE sublime tones of The Lark Ascending will fill the room at Camerata of St John's late evening candlelight concert, Mystical Cathedral, this Friday at 9pm.
Camerata leader Brendan Joyce, who will be the evening's soloist, says The Lark Ascending by Vaughan-Williams is one of the world's most popular and requested works for violin and orchestra.
“It is one of those pieces that makes the world stand still” he said.
Tickets are available by phoning 3371 8132 or online www.camerata.net.au.
