Join the walk and raise funds

MORE than 40 corporate supporters, members of the media, clients, staff and friends of MontroseAccess attended the ‘kick-off' of the inaugural ‘Walk with Me' event at Corinda on the evening of Friday, July 16.

A joint initiative with their national affiliate Ability First Australia, Walk with Me is an event designed to promote community participation and inclusion of people with disabilities, as well as raise much-needed funds for MontroseAccess' in-home and out-of-home respite services.

To be held on Sunday, September 12, the event will encompass a leisurely walk as a group around the streets of Corinda, ending in a fun open day at the riverfront grounds of MontroseAccess.

4BC radio announcer, Jamie Dunn attended the kick-off event, along with former-Paralympian and media personality Karni Liddell, and MontroseAccess corporate ambassadors, Clare McMeniman and Charlie and Margaret Earp.
