ASHTON Kutcher has been spotted with a new woman.

The 33-year-old actor - who split from wife Demi Moore earlier this year - has spent Christmas in Italy with screenwriter Lorene Scafaria and the pair have reportedly been seen visiting numerous sights over the festive period, including the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Witness Alex Thorpe told Us Weekly the pair "held hands" and during a romantic lunch at Pizzeria Trattoria Toscana in Pisa on Christmas Eve (24.12.11) they are said to have "shared spaghetti, and he paid".

Ashton and Lorene have been travelling around the country in a Porsche Carrera Sports 2011 and stayed in a private pad.

The 'Two and a Half Men' star took to twitter to post a picture of the pair along with his business partner Matt Mazzant, and he wrote: "Roman holiday with homies...have an amazing new year! (sic)"

Ashton recently announced plans to spend next New Year's Eve in Australia because he wants to have New Year's Day first due to the time difference.

He explained: "The best place to go is New York. This city is always electric and they do things bigger and better than everywhere else. But next year I want to go to Sydney because they get New Year's Day first."
